Founding-stage policy

CIJ was founded by Dr Clive Akpotaire. Editorial leadership appointments are in progress ("Founding appointments in progress"), and appointed editors and council members will be named here once formally appointed.

No institutional partnerships have been formally confirmed. CIJ does not invent names, universities, endorsements or affiliations to appear more established than it is.

Human Academic Editors hold final authority over publication decisions; AI-assisted processes are advisory to that human oversight.

CIJ does not currently claim membership of, or endorsement by, any external body.
